What Daily Schedule collects
Without an account, your schedule stays in your browser or app storage. When you sign in, Daily Schedule stores your account identifier, display name, weekly schedule, subscription status, and AI usage count so your plan can sync across devices and your trial or subscription can work.
AI schedule building
When you send a message to the AI assistant, Daily Schedule sends that message, recent chat context, and your current weekly schedule to OpenAI to produce a proposed plan. Daily Schedule does not save the chat transcript to its database. OpenAI API requests are made with response storage disabled, although standard abuse-monitoring logs may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days unless different data controls apply.
Voice typing
Voice typing uses speech recognition supplied by your device or browser. Recognized text is placed into the chat box. It is sent to the AI service only after you choose Send.
Subscriptions
Apple or Google processes store payments. Subscription entitlement events may be processed through RevenueCat so Daily Schedule can unlock paid AI access across supported devices. Daily Schedule does not receive your full payment-card details.
Retention and deletion
Cloud schedules and account records remain until you delete your Daily Schedule account data. Device-only schedules can be removed by clearing the app or browser data. You can delete cloud account data from the account deletion page.
Security and choices
Requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. You can use the manual planner without sending anything to the AI assistant. You can also use the planner without cloud syncing by remaining signed out.
